What should i do oral or inject? Do i need a liv52? Will i need anit-estrogen. And when should i take them? is 5 days a week 3 hours in morning 3 in the evening good? or just 6 hours in one workout…

Answer
The simple answer to this question is “steroids are dangerous, just go natural.”
That being said, if you’re going to use them anyway then please do your reserach and be careful. There are always risks with anabolics, but you can minimize them by being smart.
First off: Do not use illegal steroids from a dealer. You can’t trust them and you’re going to be putting that crap in your body. You want a legit source.
