How many calories do I lose while doing a few bicycle maneuvers?I know it’s an Abs workout, but still…..

the reason why I am asking this question again is because nobody answered it last time…

just want to know how many calories you lose while doing bicycle maneuvers..I know it’s not really a ‘Losing Calories’ workout, but still, I just want to know…

Is it the same as when you cycle in an exercise cycle, 0.1.

I guess it depends on how fast and hard you are cycling. Buy a calorie counter and it’ll tell you.

    I’ve been putting on a lot of belly fat lately- I definitely need to start working out and incorporating as much physical activity in my life as possible, I used to work in a restaurant so I was on my feet 5-8 hours a day, 5 days a week. But now I work in an office and have far less physical movement than I am used to. These tips would be very useful in helping me shed some of the belly fat I’ve accumulated, I also notice that my belly fat seems to decrease a lot when I drink less alcohol.

    Less activity = less calories burned unfortunately.

    Less alcohol usually works for me but I prefer not to go down that route too much. :)
