Nowadays men no longer wear trunks but prefer wearing board shorts, bikinis and thongs. There are various brands in the market but the first brand that comes to mind is Speedo. Speedo briefs and slingshot bikini styles are form fitting to reduce drag. Over the years, Speedo has increased its style to volley short and board short that provide longer legs and better coverage. Speedo also means tight-fitting men’s swimwear style. Speedos can be worn for competitive purpose or for casual purpose which can be seen worn on the beaches of Europe. It is always better to see a man in good shape wearing a Speedo, than one that’s not.

During Olympics, most of the winners wore Speedo swimming suits. Speedo LZR Racer has become the most desired accessory for champion swimmers. During the U.S. Olympic trails, more than two swimmers turned out to be the world best results were coated with high-tech Speedo swimsuit.

While purchasing a swimsuit you have various options. There are various brands and styles of swimsuits to choose from. The most popular styles are bikini, boxer, Board shorts and Thong. If you have a great body and you are in shape, you can show your body by wearing a Speedo swimsuit. Other popular brands include Speedo, Adidas, N2N, Joe Snyder, Savage and Nike. If you want minimal tan lines, a thong is right for you. There are bong style front thongs, which is narrower than a regular front thong. Choose a swimsuit that is comfortable to wear. Most of the athletes, non-athletes, swimmers prefer Jammers. They offer a smooth, tight fit that most men enjoy. These are excellent training suits, and great for running, cycling, gym wear and all kinds of active out-of-water sports. The most excellent brands are TYR, Dolfin, Hind and Speedo. These are most preferred equipment in every men’s and boy’s wardrobe. Racers are considered best for competition, training, practice and casual swimming and sunning. This style is highly favored in many countries in Europe and elsewhere. Many guys are reluctant to wear a brief suit because they think it’s too revealing.

weight training, Help with Ripping up as i cant seem to rip up my lower chest for example. Any help please?

Hi there I have been training since i was about 14 years old.My main sports are run,cycle,circuit training,weights and swim.Without bigin myself up I think that i am unique in the sense that i can lift heavy weights(Benching say around 110kg max)and have a good strong physique, yet I am a runner really.I am fast and strong with my legs.Right thats the background.I basically dont have a problem with training 2 hours every day for 6 days a week My normal routine at the moment is1.5 hours in the gym a day doing one muscle group.I do a set of 20 with a little weight as a warm up set.Then I do my first set 70% max for about 12 -15 reps, then i go heavy as i can for two sets of about 6-8 reps.Then i do 2 sets lowering the weight each time and doing about 10-12.My CV at the moment is very good yet i have eased of this month or so to gain a little more muscle mass.When i want to rip up i just contiue weight but do more cv and i look very good but i cant get a chissled chest like someany advice

Firstly well done, your work rate is commendable. All the answers given by others have some merit, especially taking some rest days in bewteen will help. Compound, compound, coumpound exercises are the way forward for you. Exercise linking najor muscle groups will move you forward, even though they do not efect your chosen body part. Must lift heavy and to failure, deadlift, decline chest press, lat pull and seated cable row will move you on from your plateau.
