Stay Fit and Healthy Without Formal Exercise Programs

Here are exercise routines that you do at home, so they do not cost any money. So, instead of going to a gym or paying a trainer, you create your own daily exercise workouts. This can be done in combination with another form of exercises, or you can use your free exercise routines as your only form of exercise, which are by the way enough for you. The best thing about creating your own free workout routines is that you get to choose what exercises you will do. You can pick the exercises that are most beneficial and will remain interesting and be motivated.
Instructions:
Include more walking into your daily routines. The best way to stay fit and healthy without formal exercise programs is to replace walking for driving whenever possible. You should walk to work, the store, to school and to church if any of these options are within walking distance.
Park your car far away from the store or work so you can slip in a few more steps of exercise into your daily routine.
Take the stairs whenever feasible. Stair climbing is a great way to stay fit and healthy without formal exercise programs.
Cleaning your house is a great for increasing your activity level. Do legs lunge every time you push the vacuum-cleaner forward and use large arm movements when cleaning the bathroom mirror.
Dancing the night away is a great way to stay fit and healthy without formal exercise routine. Plan out dancing dates with your significant other or friends, or just shut the curtains, turn up the music and dance away.
Playing with your pets or your kids is a great way to stay fit and healthy without formal exercise programs. They will appreciate the extra time you spend with them and your body will appreciate the extra activity to get fit.
Last but not the least, use a push mower to mow your lawn or parts of your lawn instead of a riding mower.
