Does anyone know a workout / diet i can use?

I am 6ft, Weigh about 80kg and basically want to get myself toned up a little.
Ideally i would want toned abs, there isn’t really anything else id like to work on, Ive noticed weight loss regimes etc. but they just tend to involve lot of running/cycling.
Worst part is im sat at a computer for 9 hours a day and i was considering getting a portable slendertone or something. I have quite a bad diet containing lot of white bread(4 pieces a day), The odd take away but i do tend to avoid it as much as i can, meats (Lamb, Chicken mainly), vegetables and i tend to have at least 1 piece of fruit a day. I do drink lot of fizzy drinks (Pepsi max) which i know i shouldn’t but i can stop drinking that, I don’t eat chocolate barely either, Crisps every now and then. Also i don’t go out much, but when i do i tend to drink heavily once every week/fortnight but never more than twice a week (But what 19-20 year old doesn’t?). I don’t smoke, There is a gym down the road which friends go to now and then, im just looking for the correct diet and work out routine.

Would a slendertone help or would it just damage my wallet?

I really don’t want to be big, Im small at the moment with a bit of a stomach on me, Just wanna get rid of it and get it toned up a bit, I wouldn’t mind working my arms out a LITTLE bit but definitely not lot.

Thanks if you can offer me a regime/diet.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk 1-3 hour every day.

you should lose 10 lbs each month if you stick within these guidelines.
