Last One Before I Go Off Piste….

…..So to speak.
I just completed my last gym session before the festive season takes me away and doesn’t return me, until I am 7 pounds heavier.
I had intended on a light spinning session, but my mp3 player had skipped to one of my harder routines, so I ended up doing more than I had planned.
Hopefully, if Santa got my real letter (not the one about the bike), tomorrow I will be the proud owner of a ‘proper’ mp3 player with a decent size screen which allows me to see which routine I am doing.
Obviously it is the lighting in the gym and not my failing eyesight, as my beloved suggests.
She says, next year she will have to get me an iPod with a 12 inch screen.
I reminded her, that as it is the season of goodwill to all men, she should not be so truthful with me.
All the seasons best to you and your families.
