The count to start should be between 6 and 10 and increase slowly to about 30. For additonal resistance try swapping curls with arms close to chest and then in a locked in position perpendicular to chest.

when doing a work-out should you cycle through sets or do each number sets at once?

If the recommended number of sets is 3 for a workout exercise, such as dumbell curls, do you do one set then go onto the next exercise or do you do all 3 sets at once?
