really good workouts or exercises for stomach fat?

I was wondering if anyone knew any good workouts or exercises to lose stomach fat (i.e to show ab’s). also is cardio like cycling or running good to help and if anyone knew how much water is recommended a day. Thanks.

You would have to do something like 100,000 crunches to burn a pound of fat.

The best way to lose any amount of fat is to eat healthy (consuming fewer calories than you burn), and by doing cardio workouts (walking, running, aerobic exercise, etc.). Remember there’s 3500 calories in one pound, therefore, if you reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories a day you’ll lose a pound a week. Subsequently, if you consume 2000 calories a day, but, through workout and normal body functions, you burn 2500 calories a day, you’ll burn a pound a week.

It is generally recommended to consume 8, eight ounce glasses of water a day, but, you get your fluids through just about anything you eat.
