Cycling For Fitness: A resource for er um 'people of a certain age' or those looking to get fit, lose weight!

Indoor Cycling

Until recently, indoor cycling was only used by myself  to warm down after training.

Now it forms the backbone of my trips to the gym. It can be boring at times so to relieve that boredom I bought some training workouts and some mp3′s to keep me motivated.

I had never tried the spinning bikes you see at gyms until I dowloaded the mp3′s, and when my gym expands in the near future they promise to re-introduce spinning classes. I intend to join them, and I never thought I would be part of a spinning class. But never say never.

For anyone who struggles with the high impact running brings, getting on your bike can be all you need to get fitter and lose weight.
