How to Avoid Overeating At Xmas!

I have no idea, take a look at my before and after photo’s and it’s only Boxing Day!
Looks like I will have to get back in training as soon as possible.
Obviously the festive season is taking it’s toll on me mentally as well as physically. I don’t expect you to believe, for one minute that the ‘after’ picture is really me.
This jovial post does have serious undertones, as the effects of not only Christmas, but winter in general, means less time on our bikes (at least for some) as snow and ice make it unsafe for any decent riding.
I don’t mind the gym, but it’s not the same as a couple of hours outdoors.
Since getting on my bike, I have found that I definitely am SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and more so since my bike remains locked away.
SAD is said to affect up to half a million people as the winter months creep in. If you are suffering from any of the following you too could be SAD…….
