I am getting fed up with not being able to shift my excess fat from round my waste.Four Week Fat Loss

Over the years you get used to your own body but this does not mean you can control it.

I have trained (hard) for months in the past and not achieved the results I wanted.

One year I really buckled down but I over-trained and made myself feel terrible.

Many years later (I do mean many) I now know what my problem is, but controlling it is another thing.

I cycle, go to the gym and play Badminton, but this is still not enough to flatten my waste-line and take off those pounds that would make my cycling easier (more enjoyable on the hills).

My problem has been my sweet tooth, along with my savoury tooth and the others that like liquid refreshments.

I think I mentioned in another post that I was considering having all my teeth removed.

When I told my wife, she said I could have a row of seats put in!

As I write this I have just over 7 weeks until my holiday so I had a look round for a programme to help me.

I came across the ‘Four Week Fat Loss’ programme which looks to be just the thing I need to motivate me.

It is written by Sports Nutritionist Matt Lovell and whilst the sales page could be better, it seems to be just what I need.

One thing that made me laugh though is, half way down the sales page, there is a short video from a guy who is following the programme.

It is a before and after video. Take a look at the ‘before shots’. I would be happy if my ‘after shots’ gave me a waste-line as slim!
