Whatever you eat it is always reflected by the way your body looks. When you maintain a good healthy diet, you will always feel fresh, full of energy; you will simply have this great feeling. But if your diet only contains diet that is full of carbohydrates and fats and no vitamins or minerals. That is also shown by your body. The consequences of maintaining such a diet are very dire. You not only feel stressed out and tired but your health will also be greatly affected.

Food is always important for the body. Nobody is telling you to starve yourself just because food causes diseases and stuff. Even fats and carbohydrates are also very important to the body. But the limit should not be crossed. Maintaining a balanced diet and a little of everything should be utilized. This is the only way that your body can fulfill all its requirements.

Heart is the most major organ of the body. If you have a strong heart, the rest of your body will also feel strong. You will have a lot of energy. But if you have a weak heart, that will cause the rest of your body to also malfunction and have drastic effects. The type of diet that you maintain has a great impact on your heart. If you maintain a healthy diet full of vegetables and fruits, maintain an ample protein diet; you will have a strong heart. Maintaining a diet only rich in fats and carbohydrates, will only lead to the many heart diseases and even cause strokes.

Food rich in calcium and vitamins should also be an important part of your diet. Calcium is required to have strong bones and teeth. If the calcium intake of the body is not proper it can lead to many drastic irreversible situations. Iron is another very important nutrient that most people neglect. Iron is mostly needed for making blood inside the body.
