Do Lacing Systems Really Impact Your Cycling Performance Yes They Do

Cycling shoes that uses a modern lacing system gives you that ability. Just put on the shoe and tighten the laces by cranking the dial. Once it fits right, simply lock the dial and you’re done. You don’t have to ever think about your shoes again until after the ride is over and you’re ready to take them off. Once the dial is locked the laces don’t shift in any way at all which means once you’ve got the fit comfortable, it won’t change on you forcing you to either ride uncomfortably with shoes that are too loose or pinching, or making you stop to re-tie your shoes.
The reason this is possible is because of innovative use of unique technologies. Not only do these lading systems use a dial system which gives you click-stop tightening for optimum control, but the laces themselves are stranded aircraft grade stainless steel. The components used in the lacing system are totally impervious to water, sand, dirt, mud or anything else that affects other lacing systems. With the laces made of stainless steel you won’t have to worry about them stretching or shrinking affecting the fit of your shoes, no matter what the environmental conditions or the terrain.
When it comes to details, your shoe laces may not seem like a game changer, but with lacing systems that takes new attitudes and technology into account, being able to put your shoes on, lace them once and forget about it means one detail that is taken care of. And it doesn’t matter the type, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, fly fishing and even pro golf shoes. You take the time to have your bicycle frame fit perfectly. You take the time to have the seat fit perfectly. You take the time to make sure every aspect of your bicycling experience is as perfect as possible, and having your shoes be the least of your worries makes life that much easier.

in weight training how many times should you work a body-part in a weekly cycle?
Answer
it really does depend on whether you are doing a 2 day split, 3 days split or full body.
rule of thumb is to leave it atleast a day before excercising the same muscles so they have a chance to recover and grow.
so really, about 3 times a week, tho if you train every onther day, some weeks may traing 4 times.
get over to www.t-nation.com if you still have questions.
note to Paul, why wouldnt you just do the missed session as your next session? If your doing a split and working out hard 6 times a week anyways, an extra day break might be a good thing for your CNS?
Also splits are only badly desinged by people who dont have the knoweldge to design them right, i have seen many full bodys which are shambles. If the guy’s following a tried and tested proper split he should be fine.
Dont know of many top bodybuilders who only do full bodys.
