Cycling Training Plan – I Have A Cunning One!
Posted on May 09, 2010 by Dave W
I have looked everywhere for new ideas for training plans. I have even designed my own, but I think you can get bogged down with trying too many things.
I have made a desision.
Now that I can start to concentrate on my cycling I am just going to ride my bike.
My cunning plan is to get on my bike and just chose a different route each time I do.
I plan to do an 100 by the end of July and think that as long as I increase my endurance rides each time, I should have no problem.
So for the next few weeks I will just ride my bike 3 times a week, do a spinning class once and do some other gym work one day a week and play badminton on Friday.
I will then be taking a short break in Lanzarote and then I will try to convince my riding partner that it would be a good idea to do the ‘coast to coast’ ride.
Keep Moving
