Cycling can offer a great fat-burning workout, along with developing some awesome calf and thigh muscles. It’s a good way to raise the metabolism which enables one to use more calories for longer amounts of time after the exercise has been concluded. Unlike some sports that need to be played on a special field or in an arena, cycling can be done anywhere there’s a road or a trail. There is some incredibly pretty views to be enjoyed from the seat of your road bike in any state of the country. The transporting of the bike to a cited location is comparatively easy with the availability of cheap bike racks which are mounted to the top of the car or strapped to the back of the auto.
While the original investment for this sport is not inconsequential, once the bike and helmet have been acquired, there’s not very much more need to spend a lot of further money on the sport. Certainly, there are many clothing items and bike accessories that might reinforce the experience for the rider, but they are discretionary and not totally required.
There are hundreds of biking clubs and groups across the country which supply a superb way to meet new folk and make new chums. For those with a competitive nature, races are going on in every state across the spring, summer and fall ( and even in winter in some states ) where one can challenge themselves and compete with their peers.

workout plan help please?
ive been at the gym for over 6 months now and im changing my routine to this: 10 minuites on running machine on an angle to help build muscle in calfs, and 10 minuites on cycling machine. ive been ill for a week and have put on 2 pounds cause i was too unwell to go to the gym. is this good to loose that belly fat i have put on? then after that 20 minuites of cardio is it okay to go onto some wegiths i normally do 10 reps 10 sets on my chest on this supported weight thing, not to sure wat its called tho. 50 sit ups and 20 leg raises and then arms i work different muscles in my arms seperate. also should i do different workouts each time? like 1 day chest and abs then next arms? i go monday wednesday and friday and have a balanced diet with plenty of protein in it

You seem to have a fairly good idea of how to achieve your goals but you workout plan could use a little work. You cant really go wrong with the cardio you are doing as long as it is for at least 30min.
-For loosing the belly fat remember that battle is won in the kitchen not the gym
-simply cut down on what you are eating and eat helthier, it is possible you are eating more than you need to
-the weight workout depends on what your goals are
