Why does YA put cycling under sport not transportation?

I’ve been using Yahoo Answers for some time but when I found nothing about cycling under ‘transportation’ I had assumed it was not here at all. I’ve just found it under sport.
But cycling is a perfectly viable form of transport, not just a leisure activity.
