How much can I lose weight with this workout ?

Hiya. Im Fahad. I am bout 6 feet 3 inches and I currently weigh 217 pounds, and my waist size is 37. I joined gym 2 months back and I lost about 7 pounds. But I wasnt serious at the start, and I really dont remember when I started to go serious. Well this is my workout

1. 22 mins running (all at 1% gradient, start at 5.5km/h for 1 min, then 10 km/h for 2 min, 8 km/h for 1 min, 11 km/h for 2 min, then 8 for 1 min, then 10 for 2min and 8 for 1min and 11 for 2min like this…until I reach the last three mins where I go 10km/h for 2mins and except doing 8, i finish doing 11km/h for a min) – I sweat HELL lot after this and reader shows I burned something like 361 calories, but I take the readings seriously as loads of people said it can be misleading.

2. I cycle for 15 mins with high alternate effort levels.- shows bout 142 cal.

3. 11 mins high on elliptical machine – shows 140 cals

4. 3 sets, 12 reps of vertical traction – 50, 60 and 70 kgs

5. 2 sets, 12 reps shoulder press – 30, 35 kgs

6. 2 sets, 12 reps chest press – 40, 45 kgs

7. 2 sets, 12 reps leg press – 60, 70 kgs

8. 2 sets, 15 flex abdominal crunch – 35, 45 kgs

9. dumbells 12 kg 12 reps 1 set

I do this exercise 4 times a day, but I donno if its effective. Im trying desperately to lose weight and waist. Plus I have that lose tire ( you know, the flabby lower belly). Im really trying. Is there I can improve this workout ?? sorry for this huge question. Hope someone will help me

honestly speaking i lost a little over 30 pounds in two months
all i did was run and do those cardio machines (the steps)
and ab crunches do a lot of crunches and sit ups
also hula hoop buy one of those 4-5 pound hula hoops and do it every day for 20 minutes (when you start its going to feel really heavy and you will only be able to do it for a few minutes but once you get used to it do it for no more than 20 minutes or whatever is recommended on the box because on my box it says no more than 20 minutes)
and eat salad and more fruits
try watermelon its really filling with hardly any calories
and also when you want to fry foods dont use oil use water
