what would be the best training method to complete 3 cycling sportives totaling 320 miles in 3 days ?

You are going to have to log some mileage to do this. If you were only doing say 100 miles in a day, you could get into good enough shape fairly quickly, but doing back to back to back days like that requires a lot more work. You will also have to make sure to eat well. Cyclists doing big mileage need diets with a lot of complex carbohydrates. You have plenty of time to prepare, start with short rides, building up mileage gradually. You should be riding 4-5 days a week, and working your way up to at least 1 weekly ride of over 80 miles. As you become more fit, it will become easier. Make sure also that your bike is properly fitted to you, and well maintained. During your training, you can expect to be wearing out a few parts, tires, chains, cassettes. To be able to do a ride like this, expect to log at least 2,000 miles of training.
