Bicycle Training – Make Your Own Workouts
Posted on February 11, 2010 by Dave W
When I returned to cycling I soon found it was beginning to take over part of my life.
I would rather be on my bike than in a gym.
I always like to change my routines so I searched online for all the information I could find.
I bought a number of publications with different routines, one of them having 101 Cycling Workouts.
I thought if David Ertl can do it why not me, or anyone, so I decided to design my own.
I wrote an article and published it with ezine articles. I normally publish things first on here, but I have been told that even though it is my own work Google could penalise me for having duplicate content.
With this in mind I decided to create a Squidoo lens about Bicycle Training and put my report on there.
There is also a link to the ebook 101 Cycling Workouts if you would prefer ready made ones.
Let me know if you have any success with your own routines.
Keep Moving
