Is this a good workout?
I’m 14 and I work out on monday, wednesday, friday and saturday at home and I have no access to a gym. I have only been doing this for about a week, feel free to say no and leave a good workout for me. I only want to get bigger arms, chest and work on my abs a bit more. My workout consists of this:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
10 sit ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg lifts, 10 cycles, 10 leg on sofa crunches, 10 cross crunches, 10 reach and touch crunches, 30 second plank, 10 torso and waist twists (2 sets for everything)
80 push ups (4 sets of 20/8 sets of 10)
40 bicep curls (2 sets of 20), 40 seated bicep curls (don’t know what it’s called lol – 2 sets of 20), 40 single arm dumbbell row (2 sets of 20), 40 shoulder press (2 sets of 20) and 40 tricep press (2 sets of 20)
Saturday:
Cardio

dont forget hammer curls, they are if not better at building and making the bicep looking more ripped in my opinion. do some skull crushers or tricep extensions. and some tricep kick backs.

eat 25+ grams of protein
