The Thighs The Limit!

I recently read an article in a Cycling Weekly magazine, ‘Health & Fitness For Cyclists’.

It discusses a recent study in which, scientists found that men and women whose thighs are less than 60cm (23.6 inches) in circumference are more likely to suffer from cardiovascular disease and die prematurely compared to people with thicker thighs. More…..
